This may seem harsh but…keep reading.I cannot speak to other Red Robin locations as I’ve never been. So this is not an assessment of the entire franchise but just this location. Okay you may continue reading now.Red Robin preys on the uninformed and uneducated diner.Anyone that would seek out to pay the exorbitant amount they charge for (anything on their menu) a tiny and obviously previously frozen burger patty, is clearly touched in the head.I can think of several fast food chains that have better offerings at a fraction of the cost.Service? Well that’s not money well spent either! If you are seeking a premium dining experience for your $16 burger then again you will find yourself at a loss.Keep on truckin’ and leave Red Robin in your rear view mirror. This is not the place for good eatin’ or good service.You’ll have much better luck at your favorite drive through, or a local dive, for a fraction of the cost and there you will surely receive service with a smile.There are MUCH better options out there.

Ordered a hamburger well done and it came out raw in the middle. Manager said no change, that was nice of him.

Who doesn't love Red Robin? Food was good and correct. Staff is always friendly. They even gave us extra chips with our order.

Amazing service Liv was our server she was very courteous and prompt checked on us several times . Several Managers also stopped and checked on us. The food was delicious my burger was cooked the way I ordered and husband had a new dish Salmon and he said it was fabulous . We will be back again .

Tesla is the best server our family has ever had at a chain! Great food that was out quickly and the drinks were much better than expected.
