Pepperoni's Pizza Co - Monmouth

The pizza and cheesesticks were amazing! It's hard to find good pizza places anymore, but our family is happy to have found this pizza! Fast service, nice service, it is our new go-to Pizza Place!

If I were able to give zero stars, I would definitely do it. the owner manager is very rude unprofessional! if I had ever spoken to a customer as she spoke to my daughter herself, I would not have a job! my daughter ordered 2 tacosalate, the meat was cold when it was delivered. she called to let the manager know if she would do something about it when she was interrupted, not in the position to get a word in margins when the manager owner said very rude her flesh not cold it just came out of the many. she said that her salat chips should not be warm. my daughter obviously said, but the flesh should not be cold again, she interrupted her to say that I simply took it out of the many to hand it over to them. my daughter tried again to say something that she had interrupted again, not to call again hanged. then I called to talk to a manager. When a woman came to the phone, I asked her name, she said rudely what her name is. I gave it to her. then I asked again what her name was. they gave the name teresa. I asked if she was the manager or the owner. she refused to answer this question, then followed with her meat was not cold dame so what is the problem. I wanted to explain the question of the situation when escalating to a screaming game when she thought she would talk to my 17-year-old daughter again, she told me not to call again. no worries I had a problem when this unprofessional woman took over this business, formerly one of our favorites all because I asked for plastic cutlery, they don't offer this? Are you sweating? they have not ordered since then, nor are we again! very rude, very unprofessional! do not know how this place is still open. very disappointed! also I had someone else call to confirm that it was actually the owner manager teresa!

I've seriously had it!This has been my favorite place to order from since the origional owner, Mike, brought the business to town.My favorite place to eat, the cheesesticks are amazing, the food is great...But for the love of all thing holy I am about to give up on my favorite place to eat. New owners must not want to make money becasue they NEVER answer the phone. Never. I've given up and cooked or bought elsewhere so many times.When they do, the foods great, delivery drivers are nice. I overtip a bit but oh well. So not sure what the problem is, but if it continues, I'd imagine they'll end up out of business. not sure if it's an owner problem, or if the owners unaware this is happening, but it's certainly costing them business.
