Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

This is one of my favorite take-and-bake spots! The fresh toppings and delicious pizzas are always made with great care. The service is simple and quick, and I've never waited more than 20 minutes for my pizza. Out of all the take-and-bake options in town, this one stands out as the best. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.

The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

I received the wrong pizza and was asked to bring it back as proof. I find that a bit strange, especially since it wasn’t our mistake. We ordered a chicken bacon artichoke pizza and were given a different one, which happens, but having to return the incorrect pizza is unusual. As someone who works in food service, I can say we never require customers to return errors. Now I’m hungry and disappointed because I have to wait another 30 minutes for the correct pizza, and I have to drive back, wasting gas. Overall, I don't think this is the best customer service.
