Saisho Hibachi Sushi - Monett

The staff was very friendly and we had no issues with service. The food was very disappointing. The sushi wasn't made right, we ordered a black dragon roll and it was missing all the topping. The vegetables were raw in the hibachi meals and the meat tasted like it was boiled with little char. This was by no means worth the $75Food: 1/5

The sushi was excellent, which surprised me for a Midwest food truck. Prices have gone up from other menus that have been posted here, but they remain relatively the same (I put a pic of the current menu). The three benches outside gave me a nice place to eat, but the buzzer system they have doesn't work quite that well.Food: 5/5

Yum!!!! Me and my daughter had the crazy crunch, roll, Fuji roll and the monett roll. They were all really goodFood: 5/5

Gonna say this is some amazing food compared to what's in the area! I haven't had anything I didn't love from this place and I have had almost every dish so far
