McSweeney's Dinner Theatre - Moncton

I had a great time at my first dinner theater experience! The food was incredibly tasty, the atmosphere felt relaxed and cozy. The service was impeccable, with the staff showing their impressive multitasking skills. The music and art provided enjoyable entertainment. The teamwork and harmony were outstanding. I truly admire the hard work that goes into creating such a wonderful experience.

I saw the show tonight and it was incredibly funny. The singers were amazing too. It was my first time there but I would definitely recommend it and I would go back again. Great job to all of you!

I recently watched "Wedding Crashers" with some colleagues from work and had a fantastic time! The actors did a great job of engaging with the audience, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this experience to anyone and will definitely be going back with my wife.

We enjoyed the show itself, which was a comedic parody of Mama Mia. Sound could be improved slightly; however we the actors did a good job, the food was good and we had fun. Food choices were bread and chips with dip as appetizer with...our chosen main course out of four selections being a brisket with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The dessert however was ok at best, and it would have been nice to have a few options. Despite the great show and food, two things stood out for us. For starters, the seating is crammed (like a low budget airline) and we were right at the front corner near a post so it wasn't the ideal sitting situation for my girlfriend and I (blind spot and limited leg room). That's even with reserving a month before the show. The seats we were assigned, next to the bar, was an uncomfortably cold area.

The entertainment was OK. Some great talent in the cast, however, they need to wear headset microphones as a few cast members were difficult to hear and we were sitting fairly close to the set. The sound was also pretty bad at times. They could...use a sound engineer. Way, way too crowded!!!! Tables are crammed, can’t push your chair back. Atmosphere on the main floor is cafeteria type with mostly long narrow tables. Food was OK. They could improve the place greatly by removing just one table on the floor and make it a bit more comfortable. In our little area, we witnessed two instances of “sound rage”! It wasn’t us or due to our group so it just goes to show that audibility is a problem.
