McDonald's - Moncton

This McDonald's in Moncton is the worst. They are constantly running out of items, and once I had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel. The dining area is poorly designed and dirty. The staff, however, is friendly and usually professional. The self-service kiosks are terrible - 9 out of 10 times we end up giving up and going to the counter after wasting 5 minutes trying to use them.

McDonald's is McDonald's - there's not much more to say. Sometimes they hit the mark perfectly, while other times the employees seem distracted.

This McDonald's has the best employees of all in Moncton. The food took about 5 minutes to get it after we had ordered. Our order was correct and was properly cooked. My main problem is the cleanliness of this facility. I don't feel things are as decent as they could be. We were there at 9 a.m. and it wasn't busy. They had only opened a few hours before we were there, but it was pretty dirty. The floors would have needed a good mopping and the napkin, drinking, etc. station to be tied up a bit.

We recently tried the new holiday burger and the waffle rider at this restaurant. The holiday burger features a hash brown on the beef patty, pieces of bacon, and a special sauce - it was absolutely delicious! The waffle cuts were also very tasty. I ordered the quarter pounder and was pleasantly surprised to find it had two slices of cheese, unlike other places where they often forget the second slice. I checked online to confirm this was intentional, and I was impressed that this station actually follows through with all the ingredients. I've had similar experiences at other restaurants where they skimp on toppings, but here they don't cut corners. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even better. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
