To place an order at this restaurant, you wait in your car for 5 to 10 minutes and receive your food directly from the kitchen. In my opinion, the dishes are a bit heavy on the oil but still tasty and fresh. It's a great choice for when you want to give your own chef a break for the night. Opting for takeout from a local Asian restaurant like Cinta Ria, the Malaysian-inspired eatery, is a comparably priced alternative.

As a Thai person, I can guarantee that everything available at Bangkok Food Truck is super delicious. Whenever I got a chance to go to Moncton, I would make sure to follow wherever the food truck was located so I could enjoy the best meal of the day. Today, I feel lucky that Bangkok Food Truck came to me in Edmundston!!!! Yummmmm

I was a little disappointed. The pad has little flavor and is very oily. I have a friend who is from Bangkok and her pad thai is to die for. So I was expecting more of this dish. The portion of the pad thai is enormous and all compact in a small container which make it difficult to eat.My husband took the chicken cashew and seems to enjoy it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Bangkok Food Truck making an appearance in Campbellton, giving us the opportunity to enjoy Thai cuisine for lunch and dinner. Our order included Pad Thai, pickles, spring rolls, cashew chicken, Asian noodles, garlic pork, and basil pork. All of the dishes were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and served with a friendly smile. We were thoroughly impressed and hope that the food truck returns to our area soon. Great job!
