Parker's Kitchen - Moncks Corner

The kitchen here is simply terrible. Every experience I've had has been disappointing, and I can't understand why I keep coming back. This morning, I ordered biscuits and gravy and paid for it, only to be told after a lengthy wait that they no longer serve that dish. I pointed out the kiosk where I placed my order, which still showed biscuits and gravy as an option. It felt like they were trying to make me look foolish for ordering something that was clearly listed as available. There was no sign indicating that it had been removed from the menu. It's completely unacceptable.

This is by far my favorite store; the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. However, I can’t give it 5 stars because the breakfast cooks really need improvement. I actually got sick after having breakfast one morning. Please stop hiring just anyone for the kitchen! The runny eggs and undercooked grits should not be served. Additionally, I suggest putting timers on the pizza burgers so customers don’t end up with a pizza that’s as hard as a rock.

We purchased gas from them and they're the only local supplier we consistently rely on.

I want to be able to purchase gasoline easily and at a reasonable price without having to provide personal information that could be stored on a gas station's server, which raises cybersecurity concerns. Many gas stations raise their prices unless you sign up for a membership that requires sharing personal data. Without a membership, the payment process at the pump is unnecessarily lengthy, and the only way to make it as efficient as other fuel retailers is to become a member and provide your personal information. Overall, the service is lacking, and the prices are high, with practices that pressure customers into compliance just so they can collect what feels like intrusive data. I simply want to fill up my tank, and there are many other options available. I've decided not to return to Parker's.

I’m updating my review a month later on May 24, 2022, and I’ve noticed that three more pumps are now out of service, which means only 5 out of 16 pumps are operational. Is this really the best you can do? How much longer until the pumps are repaired?
