I was in this bar in the morning and the experience was disappointing beyond any expectations. For 20 long minutes, I felt completely neglected and ignored by the staff. Initially, I sat outside, hoping to receive at least a minimum of attention, but in vain. Later, I went to the counter, where not a simple good morning was pronounced by the service girl. Finally, I opted to sit at the tables inside, in the hope that someone finally deserved to notice my presence, but also there I received only indifference. Maybe I have the gift of invisibility and I don't know. It is unacceptable that a public place, in the centre, which is presumed to offer a refreshment and reception service, treats customers in this way. It is evident that the staff not only lacks professionalism, but also of simple courtesy and respect. As Henry Ford once said: If you don't want to do something, don't do it at all.

We sat down and the girl who served us (small stature, not Italian): didn't know what a frog was.. I had to ask you to clean the table that was dirty. I worked in a bar.. Not at all.
