Tara's Cafe and Indian Restaurant

Home delivery is super fast and great qualityWe had a range of dishes to share and the first thing I noticed was each one was not oily.

The food was so bad. We ordered chicken Biriyani and it was so bland and tasteless. It was like eating chicken rice and water. Will not go again.

As good as a suburban shopping strip Indian Café as one can get in this part of town. Have had 2 home-deliveries (Menulog) prior to our visit here. Suitably impressed. Nothing fancy, just hearty "home-cooking". Very reasonably priced. Happy friendly "family-affair" in the waitstaff and kitchen cooks.

We have been dining at Tara's for many years and must say it is the best Indian food available in Melbourne. All our friends from Doncaster to Mordialloc keep coming back . If you love Indian food you must try Tara's , excellent value with a casual atmosphere.

I am a bit of a self confessed buttered chicken fanatic, this is my absolute favourite bc I've had ever and great other dishes and sides too. Give it a try.
