Sandbelt Club Restaurant Bistro

To start with, our food took longer to arrive than other tables, but I was willing to overlook this as long as the food was good. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My daughter ordered a sandy buster burger with 2 patties, 2 bacon, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, cheese, sweet spiced pickles, tomato sauce, and mustard sauce. Despite ordering without mustard sauce, it was included. I had the open steak sandwich, which looked impressive, but some of the chips were cold and my steak was overcooked and tasteless. The burger patties were overly salty and the bacon was actually a piece of cooked ham. My daughter, who usually loves burgers, left more than half of hers uneaten and complained about the bun. It was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and I will not be returning. It's a shame because the food used to be good, but it seems like the management needs to make some serious improvements in terms of quality and service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I had made a reservation for the special Valentine's Day dinner, only to find out upon arrival that it had been cancelled. Despite having checked the menu and selecting our dishes, we were informed that we could only choose from the regular menu or the specials board. There was no Valentine's Day ambiance, just a typical night at the pub. To make up for the inconvenience, we were offered a complimentary dessert.

The kids love it here, the play area is great but the food is average. Cheap drinks, always playing the sport on the TV and friendly staff.

Our group of six, including one adult and five seniors, visited the busy restaurant during a peak time. There were many seniors waiting to order. We ordered one adult bangers and mash, two bangers and mash, two meatballs, and one schnitzel for the seniors. Upon arriving home, I checked my bank statement and realized that they had overcharged me by $18. Although the food and atmosphere were good, it is important to always check your receipt to ensure you were charged correctly, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be.

Birthday booked for niece for 15 people when we arrive we found our elderly parents 86/84 at front of reception nan crying as they did not have phone proof of vaccination (had a card signed from doc with proof of vac) the man was so rude to all of us. we were upset and he just smiled and waved us goodbye.
