Cielito Lindo Authentic Mexican Food

To start off, the two ladies working there provided the best service I’ve received in town. My husband and I paid $28 for a beef torta, barbacoa taco, a large Quesabirria with consume, and two drinks. The food was delicious. As a person that lives on the border with Mexico, this deserves the authenticity title of a Mexican restaurant. I am for sure coming back.

Very friendly staff I got my birria tacos quickly and they were delicious and affordable

Went at about 4pm.The rice was poorly flavored.The beans were soupy, light in color, and tasteless.My partner and I each had an order of the steak tacos, they forgot to add my sour cream. The meat tasted like burnt leather. The cilantro looks old. The corn tortillas were super rubbery in some spots and had a taquito-like crust in other areas. It was awful.Was literally thinking about moving into that area and was thrilled to have an authentic spot like that out there but when we had the food and then spoke to the financier... We quickly changed our minds.Sorry, not sorry.

Nothing special, would hardly call it good Mexican food. The good food is across the street... No bottled water on 102° day, no salsa verde and the red salsa they gave me was awful. Tacos were blah, nearly flavorless. Rotting, moldy fruit on display in the window. Ill pass on this place next time. I miss Annie
