The Rooftop At Bannisters Pavillion

We were disappointed and thought it wasn't value for money.we arrived on time and were shown to our table then we waited for 15 to 20 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink. By that time we had also worked out what we wanted to eat. The food choices are limited and some expensive. After the main course we waited again for awhile to be asked if we wanted desert. It was hard to decide as no menus were offered so we declined when eventually asked and just had a slow coffee

Our waitress was very attentive. Venue nice. My small piece of barramundi with some beetroot was overpriced at $36.00

The service was amazing!!!! I can’t remeber the name of the waitress but everyone was happy more than happy to help with drinks and serving our food always asking if everything was okay. The food was so **** amazing! Me and my partner work in hospitality and know how rewarding it can be and not so much. I will defiently be back thank you so much for making it such a special night

Waiting staff came across as undertrained and far to laid back and familiar. Food was acceptable but drinks are way too expensive. Seating in the bar area means noise which makes conversation difficult.

The ambiance, the gardens, the service importantly the food are all excellent. More restauranteurs could learn from the team at Bannisters.
