Pizza Lolo - Moliets-et-Maa

I ordered a vegan takeaway pizza, just to realize at home that they had put cheese on it. They didn't offer me other solution than to wait for one hour and go back to the restaurant to pick it up or go get my money back, no apologies or nothing. I decided to get my money as the guy on the phone was quite rude to me. When I arrived, the elder lady treated me horribly yelling at me that I wouldn't get my money unless I brought the pizza back and that they are not going to give me a free pizza. First of all it was their fault when they messed up my order and they could have told me on the phone that they wanted the pizza back (by the way, not very covid friendly for anyone to eat a pizza someone has had in their home?! . And second of all, I obviously was not going to eat a pizza with cheese on it being vegan, so it was just absurd what she was saying. And clearly I was not going to do a third trip to this horrible place! In the end after insisting for me to go back home to get the pizza, the lady literally threw the money at me and PUSHED me out of her way yelling for me to go. I was so shocked that someone working in a restaurant would treat a paying customer like that. On top of it this happened in front of a lot of people which was humiliating. I understand that they were stressed with a full restaurant but you should be able to control yourself and NEVER touch anyone that way. And when you mess up an order, you should take your pride away and apologize and try to come up with a solution in a quick manner. I have been going to this place for 4 years now, but will definitely not go back anymore, nor will recommend this place to anyone. I'm still shocked that this happened.

Average pizzas, a bit oily. They were also quite small, which was compensated by the fact that we received a fourth free pizza after ordering three. The service was quick and they were friendly and responsive.

We ate lunch one day and came back for takeaway. The atmosphere is fantastic- friendly owners and staff. Food was delicious- pizzas and burgers. Highly recommend.

Very good cheap pizza!!!! in addition to three pizzas purchased, a 4th is offered. excellent value quality price .to redo!

Very well eat at the exelent lolo humberguer. we go back for pizzas that looked very good
