Le sommet du Moléson

Wir waren am sonntag ca 13.00 uhr mittag essen nach 10 rodel abfahrten. Ich ass einen hamburger mit pommes, und ein kleiner grüner salat. Der service war sehr flott, hatte viel zu tun, trotzdem hatten wir einen guten service.

When skiing with small children it is so difficult to find a combination of child-friendly restaurant near the pists. la pierre a catillon is perfect: right next to the starter lifts (near enough for a quick break and a hot piece); there is a...indoor play area if small need a longer break and they need to wait around the rest of the skiers in the family; good menu with excellent child meal; good coffee if they have to hang around the mentioned indoor play area; simple contemporary design and friendly service (both rarely in French-speaking Switzerland this place really completes molecularson's family-friendly profile and I wish there were more places like these in other resorts.

I went to lunch at the street in the opposite. a beautiful place. they sit on long tables instead of on individual tables. my colleagues had suppe and I had a sandwich and chips. everything was well served.

When we visited La Molesson halft of the meals were not available, but the meals we got were fine. Unfortunatelly the tastier ones are only served during the winter season.

We came up Le Moleson as part of a day in Gruyeres. We had hoped to walk to the summit of the mountain and have a fondue lunch. Unfortunately the weather deteriorated so the walk to the summit was out. We could really only see about 10 metres ahead. however our fondue lunch was still possible and we enjoyed the fondue, followed by meringue and coffee. I would reccommend the restaurant for both the food and the cheerful staff that served us.
