Al Focacciotto - MOLA DI BARI

This was the first place we went to in Mola Di Bari, after arriving at 11pm on a Wednesday night looking for a quick eat after our journey. Al Focacciotto was exactly what we were looking for. A great selection of offerings, hot pressed focaccia sandwiches with a variety of fillings such as bresaola and cheese or grilled courgettes. There are also panzerotti which are filled pancake type things. 2 sandwiches and one beer came to €7.50 which is excellent value. We sat outside in front on the wooden table and bench overlooking the square while we ate. If you're looking for a quick bite with traditional Italian flavours then you would not go far wrong with this place.

We stopped by this new place while visiting Mola. It's really something special! Everything we had was excellent. The panzirotti was my favorite, similar to a fried calzone. The prices were great! No seating available. Only Togo. The owners were so sweet and took great care of us. You must try this place if your in town!!!!!
