Contribuiți la feedbackThank you cow for help in Korea. As we know, it's not easy in Korea. The menu is seasonal depending on the veggies in the season. We ate 3 dishes: 1) pumpkin cream pasta. This was exceptional and hearty 2) Chicken Nugget Sand, which was served with eggplants and pesto with perfectly roasted bread and 3) the chicken salad plate, which was served with a carrot salad and picked cabbage salad, that put you in Pita bread. The kombucha was light and tasty. Big little rest, Mokpo!
We loved this place. They had 3 options when we visited, we tried two and were great (curry and rice and a dish with many things that included rice, tofu and apple pudding). Someone in our group tried the 3rd option that was mushroom sandwich and also liked it. Meat eaters were also happy! The staff was friendly and one of the girls had very good English. She told us every option. The place does not have many tables, but they are large so that they could accommodate our group of 10 people. The ambience is beautiful, new and clean. I arrived just after 7pm, only to find the restaurant closing even though the hours on the door clearly stated that they closed at 8pm. When I pointed this out to them, they simply shrugged and continued cleaning, displaying a poor attitude.
We visited this restaurant yesterday and the food was outstanding! The entire menu consisted of vegan options, all of which looked amazing, but we both decided to try the tofu cream curry. It was served with 9 different types of vegetables, all cooked perfectly. The curry sauce was made with silken tofu, giving it a delightful texture and delicious flavor. The sprouts, aubergines, and potatoes were standout items, though all the vegetables were exceptionally tasty. The plate of pickles was also a highlight. The atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home and would definitely return if we find ourselves back in Mokpo. The price for the curry was very reasonable at 12,000 won, with an additional 1,000 won for extra rice.
