Town's Pride - Mohali

The room I received at the hotel was not as advertised online. I booked directly with Treebo, attracted by a discount offered on Expedia. The room did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and cleanliness. The bed linen was dirty, there was a hole in the carpet, old and moldy furniture, a child-sized pillow on the bed, and outdated decor. I would not have chosen this room if I had seen it before booking. The photos online were misleading. This is a classic case of false advertising. I would have preferred to stay elsewhere and cannot recommend this hotel to others. See attached photos for reference.

I dined at this restaurant during my visit to Fortis Hospital. It is conveniently located near the hospital and offers great amenities. The ambiance is beautiful.

The room advertised online is completely different from the room I received. I chose the hotel because of the discount offered by Expedia though I booked direct with Treebo. It said around a 50% discount or more so I was expecting a room worth the value of 3 star but was given a room I would value at 1/2 star. Dirty linens, hole in blanket, furniture from 1980's, AC old and moldy, TV from 1990, child's pad for a bed, paint probably a decade old... I would never have booked this room had I seen it. I booked it because of the photos provided online through Expedia and through your own website. This is a classic bait and switch - false advertising. I would have left and gladly found another hotel were it not 9:30pm. I will never return nor encourage anyone to stay there.See photos attached.
