Taberna Capitan Salitre - Moguer

So pleased we chose this lovely seafood restaurant for lunch! It has a great vibe and is really popular with the locals. It was helpful reading the previous reviews in regard to ordering food at the hatch and drinks at the bar. The girl serving behind the bar had some English and helped translate. The chef gave us an English menu which was also helpful. Everything we ordered was delicious especially the grilled fish (the chef actually took me to the fridge to choose the fish and then showed me a picture of what type of fish it was on a poster! I didn't actually see a price list for the food anywhere but that didn't seem to matter as it was incredibly good value for money. Highly recommend!

Great place for local sea foods, pleasant atmosphere. Remember that you have to order inside, don’t wait for the waiter.

Todo un espectáculo de gusto. Siempre voy cuando voy por Mazagon. Personal muy agradable, buen trabajo y servicio.
