Turtle Jack's Milton - Moffat

Ordered from Uber Kung Pao shrimp that doesn't have any shrimp in it. It's 95% sauce 5% noodles like someone doesn't know how to portion or get the ingredients right. It's disgusting to the point it will go to the garbage and Uber terrible customer service gives me 5 dollars back on a 25$ meal fit only for the trash can. Will not recommend, will not order again. Wish I could give zero stars. My friend also got a wrap that's pretty gross and now we must spend again to actually get something edible.
