My pita was hard to bite into, after finishing my pita my jaw hurt. all the ingredients tasted like they were sitting out for days

Went in today to get lunch and things were good at first till the women who was making our wraps got a phone call at first it looked like she was going to ignore it but then while I’m the middle of making our sandwiches picked up the phone put it to her ear unsure what she said then hung up again and continued to make the pita. I normally wouldn’t mind this but she didn’t even change her gloves or wash her hands after continuing to make our pita. The amount of germs that is on our phones is disgusting and this completely turned my stomach. We will not be returning.

I came here recently and was very impressed. I actually there when the owners were present. Even though it's a franchise they operate is as a mom and pop store which was great for me.The food was fresh and the portions were gigantic! The wrap was the size of my leg and it was so stuffed I had to ask for cutlery to eat the rest of it.You really get the bang for your buck. The taste was phenomenal, portions big and the service was exceptional.Great people and I wish more people would give it a shot. Covid has been tough on most businesses and we should give them the benefit of the doubt.Would highly recommend to visit. You get more than what you pay for. 5 stars

The place is so nice, customer service good, I ordered falafel sandwich and it was perfect, surprisingly I found that are adding brussel sprouts among the vegetables inside the wrap.Food: 4/5

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I have had the worst experience of my life at your Milton location.Your Cucumbers and onions were dried out not having enough for a wrap when I had another person with me. When I asked if she had fresh she kept saying we are closing but the place was open for another hour. It seems she had no interest in being there nor did she apparently like her job.She then proceeded to load my wrap up with so much salt I had to throw it out because it was inedible. The person with me was disgusted with the dried out meat. If we could have seen the meat before hand we would have walked out.I will never visit another one of your locations again.A job is a privilege not a right. Rolling your eyes at customers is unacceptable.
