Excellent service and environment here! I went early in the morning on a weekday so it was not crowded and the barista Maria was really friendly, kind and helpful! Will come again.I really enjoyed the maple latte but the Egg white, pesto, cheese and naan breakfast sandwich was bland I wouldn't order that again

The person taking my order was coughing into her hand the whole time and not even wearing gloves. really gross.

Usually very unfriendly service. No one smiles or seems happy to be working there.Some of their food and beverages are better than Starbucks....but the quality of service and the attitude of the staff....unbearable.No one smiles and they always look like they're doing you a favor.Service stinks do bad. May be they're all terribly underpaid or its just an organization level culture problem ?Everyone rolls their eyes....

Had coffee and muffin with my friend in this place. Both had stomach upset. Made our boxing Day shopping experience really bad.

As a mall employee this use to be my go to place for my favourite foods and drinks but they removed their apple cider from their menu and jacked up their prices on all the food options. This use to be $6.95 and now it’s $16?
