Ristorante Bar Chalet Isabella - MOENA

1h for 3 pizzas! no tanks orribile place were eat! and the prize is very expensive! service aren’t good! so rude the weither ade very rude we didn’t return here anymore!

We came to chalet Isabella for dinner after completing a week of trekking in the Dolomites. We loved the decor and environment- it was tastefully done and so cozy. I think we would have loved anything we ate because of how hungry we were but truly our waiter Usman, was the highlight. He was attentive, personable, humorous and just an overall delight. He also had great wine recommendations. We felt at home in this restaurant because of him. To the owners of chalet Isabella: give this man a big promotion! We will be recommending this place to others who will be finishing their hike in passo san Pelligrino.

The place is amazing, ca not say the same about service. It was 9:30 in the morning, so waiters can not be tired. They do not greet and do not listen to Customers needs.
