McDonald's - Moe

Some of the managers need more training in customer service , some I have experienced over the years are incompetent & some just plain rude, food patchy at best...

Needed breakfast mcmuffin after long drive!! Coffee and cake was yumm...clean inside..rest room was clean too

Having been all around the country, and popping into a maccas here and there, this McDonalds is definitely the worst of them all!Firstly I was told to "park in the bay" which was fine, then I noticed there were around 8 other cars waiting! I ordered a large quarter pounder meal, which I assumed was a simple request!30 minutes later, I went into the restaurant and demanded my money be refunded. But wait, the incompetent burger flipper gives me my order and apologises... I thought ok, took it and went to sit down. 2 cheeseburgers and a small fries were in the bag! Took it back, the girl grabbed it, rolled her eyes and walked into the back without a word being said.I couldn't be bothered at this point. So I left.Do not bother with this maccas, the staff are rude, incompetent and the restaurant is filthy!

Went to maccas today, it was a pleasant expreiance, Food was nice and the restaurant was clean, happy to eat there.

We usually pop in here once every few months when visiting from melbourne. Never had any complaints. Good fast service. The McCafe is especially good.
