Torii Japanese Steakhouse - Modesto

Fun birthday dinner! We'll worth it. No need to travel all the way to the Bay Area! This place is around the corner from my house. What a find. The Hibachi and Sushi were both excellent!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered the beef teriyaki Bento box and the beef was so tough it could have passed for jerky. The waitress took 10 min to take our order, even though there was inly 1 other occupied table at the time. Not to mention that she was rude and never checked on us. Everyone has their own standard of expectation when going to a restaurant, I understand that but, considering the cost of our dinner, checking on us even once would have been nice. Will not be going back

Had dinner here last week. It was great. However did door dash. Door dash was great. Food steak dry over cooked. Scallops were under cooked.

I felt like I was in a box with no windows in this place. Everything was salted to the max! Don’t waste your time or money.

Gonzo was nice and great service and had us laughing the whole time . Great food to he did an amazing job
