My wife ordered a sandwich without cheese, as she can’t eat it, but they included cheese anyway. It’s baffling how you can mistakenly add cheese when you’re supposed to be selecting a specific type! I spoke to Jessica, who was unhelpful and unwilling to assist us further. I even asked for a way to contact her supervisor, but she refused to provide a number. I won’t be spending another dime at this place. It’s truly disappointing, and the sandwich went straight in the trash. They really need to hire people who can make a simple sandwich correctly. We spend our hard-earned money here, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Avoid this Subway if you value your time and money.

It took a really long time to get my sandwich. I was only the second person in line, but it felt like they were moving at a snail's pace. I definitely won't be returning to this place.

Terrible customer service. I placed a pickup order for 12:10 PM, and I arrived at the restaurant right on time only to find that they hadn't even started on my order yet. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 5.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I scheduled a pickup time for my lunch, but I noticed the staff prioritizing other customers instead of working on my order. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but if they can't meet the scheduled pickup times, they should just say "ASAP" instead.
