Starbucks - Modesto

I entered the restaurant and went to the register to ask for the code to use the restroom, as is customary at all locations. The Starbucks employee told me I couldn't use it because I wasn't a paying customer. I explained that I am indeed a customer, but needed to use the restroom first. She reluctantly gave me the code, but I was taken aback by her questioning of my status as a customer. Despite being a frequent customer of Starbucks, I decided not to purchase a drink due to the poor customer service I received. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I had a strange-tasting drink at this restaurant, but the staff made sure to take care of it and provide great service. 7/1/22 8:50am.

Both times I?ve been here I?ve had absolutely great customer service from your employees, always a lovely tone of voice, a smile, a ?have a nice day?. I was having a bit of difficulty saying my order because I was still numb from my dentists appointment, the employee that helped me didn?t hesitate to lean forward a little so I didn?t sound like a loud, mumbling mess. Thank you for your courtesy also THANK YOU for that extra caramel drizzle ; that?s what I?m talking about!

The reason for the 4 star is because of the parking and no out let's to charge. Other than that. Great customer service, made my drinks correctly, got my order right. The store is clean, pretty, organized. Love the wood accents. Love the floors.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. My large iced white chocolate was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. It was a wonderful time enjoying coffee with my best friend.
