Starbucks - Modesto

I've been here twice bc it's the only one open at 430am sadly this is the worst experience I have ever had for a Starbuck. I asked for ice green tea and oatmeal the two times and the 1st time I asked for a straw but guess what no straw or spoon. So the second time I asked for a straw and a spoon bc maybe we have to be more specific. And the same. The girl got upset bc I guess i can't ask gor at least a spoon. no apology or acknowledgement of error or at least for well manner have a good one, just a mute. Service needs training and if you don't like your job find another someone else probably we'll feel blessed to have your position. I guess dutchbros is starting to win on customer service.

In my opinion, this is the quickest Starbucks drive-thru in Modesto. I didn't give it a full five stars because there's always room for improvement. My matcha tea is good, but the cup was dripping. Overall, the speedy service and friendly staff make a great combination!

I ordered a refresher at Starbucks, and it was incredibly watered down. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I was really disappointed to receive such a weak drink. I don't think I'll be returning to this Starbucks again.

This drink is amazing! One of my favorites is the vanilla bean frappe, which I like to customize with a drizzle of caramel and toffee nut. I also add three pumps of espresso because I prefer it strong. Can’t get enough of it! Enjoy!

The drive-thru experience here is excellent—efficient and accurate. They got my order right, even though my wife orders those complicated, trendy drinks from Instagram. I also asked for an extra-large cup of ice at the window, and they had no problem accommodating it. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the neighborhood. The only drawback is that they should rethink the design of their drive-thru line, as it tends to snake through the parking lot. P.S. The bacon and egg bites are delicious!
