Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop - Modesto

The bread was extremely hard on both the cold and hot subs, and I didn't even receive one of my items. Considering the many dining options available in the area, this restaurant has lost its appeal due to the quality. For the premium price, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I usually prefer Togo's, but I have to say that the French dip here was incredible! The My Deli sandwich was fantastic as well!

I ordered BBQ chips and, as much as I enjoy your sandwiches, my husband has said I can’t order them anymore because the bread has been very hard the last few times. Your sandwiches are fantastic, but the bread was so tough that we couldn't eat it. I thought it might have been an issue because it was New Year's Eve and you were closing early, but the same problem happened the following weekend! Since you don’t answer your phone, I’m hoping this message will get through. Please, no more hard sweet roll bread! Your sandwiches are amazing and even though they’re a bit pricey, they’re worth it if the bread is easy to bite into!

I ordered two sandwiches from here the other day and everything was so delicious I cant stop thinking about it. So much so I felt the need to revisit their door dash page just to leave this review and tell the world. With that said, we ordered the Mrs.Pickle on Dutch crunch and my husbands difficult and annoying, create your own sandwhich which had so many modifications and substitutions it annoyed me just putting it in my phone. Anyway, usually subway or any other sandwich shop does not follow his (slightly ridiculous requests. Making for a very awkward lunch for me bec the old ball n chain is constantly upset and in disgust with his meal. But, not with this sandwhich shop, they 're on point every time. And i find it comforting and reliable to know im not wasting my hard earned money and calories on food I didnt even want or enjoy. Beyond that the favors are delicious and I do appreciate that complimentary cookie they offer as well. Mr. Pickles keeps it above average and thats why they deserve 5 stars to me :

Mr Pickles always delivers, I've never ordered food and received it with missing items or ingredients. Food always tastes great. Love love the BLAT with jalapeños, the Macaroni Salad is a nice side! Thank you for the deliciousness
