I was last night at dinner with my wife and daughter for the first time because living in bologna is forty minutes from our house but what to say. It was worth it! Completely gluten free menu from appetizers to dessert, and excellent wine card. cozy room with relaxing atmosphere, young staff and very kind and prepared, we have taken various proposals including dry calves, tortellini and as second kangaroo (you have understood well. I was curious and was amazing) and tigelle and growing with sliced, all cooked to perfection! all accompanied by a bottle of delicious wine! you felt the passion that the staff puts in every detail so I just have to compliment and. Next!

On the outskirts of modena, direction castelfranco, you will find this lovely and interesting restaurant. Management and staff exclusively young, prepared, animated, witty and educated. Thanks to the climate, we have pleasantly laid out outdoors, protected by umbrellas on well decorated tables. We start with appetizer composed of excellent meats, various sauces, fried dumpling and tigelle, all very appreciated. To follow the first seconds to nobody, really excellent, dry calves with parmesan fondue and salamiella, ricotta and spinach and tortelloni filled with mint and zucchini. We also wanted to have their side dishes, baked potatoes, sweet sweet chives in balsamic vinegar, and grilled vegetables, these flavors of the vegetable garden accompanied by the goodness of their focaccia bread. As an epilogue we dived in the exquisiteness of their sweet cheeses and coffee sorbets. the drink served a good gutturnio and drinking water bottles concluding with the classic coffees on the outskirts of Modena. In this year we had planned a trip to Sicily, but days before the trip we have changed our plans, since Sicily to many cases of covid I had decided to repeat the and with my daughter and add some...more cities. our second night in modena we visited la dama rossa. I ordered the mixed grill for two, but three people could eat of it. eating was great and on the open air. nice to be back in moderate.

We discovered la dama rossa by the Italian association for coeliacs app, which is really practical. when we were raised, we were not sure that we were at the right place, but we are glad that we were sneaking in. excellent, delicious cover; wonderful menu we were spoiled for...choice; really well filled pasta (in contrast to the gluten-free filled pasta in Britain, which is still in the experimental phase) and wonderful puppies. could not ask for more. I don't think they get many English visitors, but the staff was super helpful. highly recommended and would definitely return.

We visited this restaurant in and at the old location. this year they have moved to a new larger location. I was surprised with the many customers for a Wednesday night. eating was great, but with saw many dishes that were attractive. but because the menu was only in Italian and google translator was not good to understand. the other time the owner helps us, but it had too many customers for this night. I hope to take my daughter next year
