Contribuiți la feedbackEat from here at your own risk.Tonight took my pizza and garlic bread home for dinner. The bottom of the garlic bread was mouldy - see the pictures.I called the store I spoke to exceptionally rude female owner. She doubted the garlic bread was mouldy but instead thought i had mistaken for parsley...She stated she was "too tired" to argue with me. She was the rudest person to be a business owner and has absolutely no idea of customer service skills at all. When i enquired about the missing soft drink with the meal deal i was told that it was my responsibility to get my own drink. The staff don't advise customers to grab their drink from the fridge and how dare i think otherwise. The lack of customer service was incomprehensible - really why bother lady you are a joke and an embarrassment to your pizza shop.I will never order from you again and be sure to share with as many others as possible the experience you offer to customers...
This is a good clean establishment with friendly staff. I visited the Ladywood Road venue and had several takeaway Family size Pizzas for myself and friends. Pizza is very subjective as it comes with so many different ingredients depending on your taste buds and desires. I think it's best to say that I enjoyed it and so did my friends therefore it is worth revisiting and the cost was reasonable.
My wife and I generally try to avoid take away pizza and other fast foods. However, when we do find ourselves short of time and needing a quick and tasty dinner on the run, then we have never been disappointed by the wonderful pizzas from Roman at Modbury Heights. We first tried them when they opened their store at this location several years ago, and have never been tempted to try an alternative pizza store since then. Roman's pizzas are excellent, their menu gives customers just about every imaginable choice, their pricing is quite reasonable and there are a number of non-pizza choices for those who seek some variety. Staff are friendly and competent, the waiting area for customers is bright and bustling, plus Roman offer a local area home delivery service for a modest fee. There is plenty of parking for pizza pick-up and payment options include EFTPOS. Overall, a well run local business producing consistently excellent pizzas.
Up until tonight I have always rated Romans Salisbury with high regard. I ordered a large deep pan Bbq chicken. I noticed when I got home that the base of the pizza was really thin and burnt. The pizza was falling apart. I called them back and the lady who answered was lovely and said not to worry and just bring it back. Once I got there, the manager did his "inspection" of my pizza and determined it to be fine. He educated me on how pizzas are made and questioned me if I have ordered deep pan before? I had to reassure the manager with a shop full of customers that in my 20 years of eating pizzas I had in fact eaten deep pan before. 30 seconds of silence had passed and it was evident that he was not willing to replace the pizza. I calmly left the pizza with the manager and did not ask for a refund. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? Instead of patronising your customers take feed back on board? Oh and laughing at the back with your colleagues while I'm walking off is not very professionall.
Very impressed with the Pizza from the Modbury Heights store. A huge amount of toppings on well made pizzas. Very delicious and worth the money. Compared to the big chains this is a 10/10.
