Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The employees often make mistakes with orders. Even at the drive-thru, they can be unreliable with giving out drinks. Customers have reported receiving cold fries. The manager's attitude towards remakes is rude, and he can be harsh with both employees and customers. Witnessed a situation where four people confronted him for being disrespectful and thinking he's always right. They vowed never to return to the restaurant, and I share the same sentiment.

I told them that they put grilled chicken in my zalad that were fried. I told them not a tongue-burner sauce they still put on and the pommes were old.

I decided to try this restaurant because I was feeling hungry at the airport. The food I ordered was served cold. Despite the long line at Foosacklys, it was worth the wait. However, the service was lacking and I experienced several issues. When I raised a complaint, the manager apologized, explaining that they are understaffed. It seems that the lack of attention from the manager has affected the quality of service. Additionally, I noticed that some kids were handling the food without much care, leaving it to sit out and get cold. Lastly, there was a pest control issue as I saw a bee or fly flying around the restaurant.

This is definitely the worst restaurant I have ever been to! The manager, Debrah, was extremely unprofessional and rude. They messed up my order and charged me extra for it. How hard is it to just follow a simple order and prepare the food correctly? Then she had the nerve to tell me she didn't want to hear my complaints, even though her staff consistently got my order wrong. I will never go back to this Zaxby's and I highly recommend avoiding it and its rude manager, Debrah.

This has to be the most incompetent staff ever i live close by as this location is the closest to home, as always this restaurant STAY SCREWING up my order!like what is so difficult about following directions!! I get sick and tired of having to have my order remade because they fail to do it right the first time!! A group of slow individuals!
