Little Caesars Pizza - Mobile

The Snow/Airport location is the top spot in town. I stopped by Dawes/Cottage Hill on a whim and discovered that Melissa Singleton oversees both locations. The service is fantastic and the food is consistently delicious.

I wouldn't be able to provide a rating as I arrived at 8:35 to get a pizza and found that the restaurant was already closed.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for four years now, and I have never had an issue until today. I ordered delivery and my m&m brownies were missing from the order. I tried to call the store to resolve the issue, but I was on hold for 25 minutes. The delivery driver ended up fixing the mistake out of her own pocket, which I don't believe is fair. I'm not sure if my brownies were meant to be frozen, but the service was poor today.

Waited in line at the drive through for 35 minutes only to get to the window and noone acknowledged that I was even there! I don't even eat little Caesars and definitely would never go back. Poor service!
