Little Caesars Pizza - Mobile

This is unacceptable. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be hot and ready.

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday at around 5pm, and there was a long line of cars and people waiting for their food. I waited for about 20-25 minutes, with customers becoming impatient and constantly walking inside. Despite the long wait, I was impressed by Shane's exceptional service. He was working tirelessly, yet remained friendly and apologetic towards all the customers. Even in the midst of his busyness, he took the time to come out to my car to apologize and assure me that my food would be ready soon. I regret not having cash on hand to tip him, as he truly went above and beyond. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, especially during peak hours, but Shane's hard work and positive attitude more than made up for it. He definitely deserves recognition and a promotion for his dedication and excellent service.

It took an hour to receive an order of crazy puffs, even though the restaurant was not busy and they had forgotten about the order.

How many times can you mess up an order?!? First, I showed up and they supposedly had no record of it even though I paid for a stuffed pretzel crust pizza online. While I’m waiting for the food I ordered nearly an hour ago, they proceeded to make me a regular pizza with cheese sauce instead. After I informed them of the mistake, they made me a stuffed crazy crust that wasn’t even cooked! The bottom is literally raw dough. And the order is still incorrect! I paid extra for a pretzel crust and expected to receive that. The staff inside seemed friendly enough but come on. I’m done ordering from Little Caesars altogether. This isn’t the first time they have royally screwed things up and I suspect it won’t be the last.

Been standing here for about 30 minutes with people not knowing what is going on at all. The management isn't running this place at all and they are struggling with no system in place. The food is getting cold and people are starting to get mad. Get it together and put a better system in place for these workers
