Love this place! Staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh and abundant. Southwestern bowl add chicken and the peanut butter balls is my go-to order. The price is cheap considering the amount of food you get. Perfect healthy food!

Very very good food. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely let everyone know how good it was.

Came in for lunch. Was having a not great day and know local businesses normally have better customer service so I was treating myself. I tried to order acai bowl which they don 't have I must have mis read the menu. Ordered chicken salad woman behind register said I don 't know if we have that, I need to ask , proceeds to yell at lady in back making food. They have it. I order and wait. A man comes in after orders food. A woman tried to buy gift cards but they were out( the woman behind the register seemed to make things harder by saying things like If you want I can call the manager and ask what 's goin on with the gift cards take initiative and find out, if customer service isn 't for you get out of the business). The man gets his food. The woman working in the back realizes I didn 't get mine asked register lady if I get my quesadilla. Register lady said I ordered chicken salad. I waited longer. Then when I finally got it was told they are out of chips was fruit okay( did I really have an option at that point). I wish from the beginning I had known there were no chips. I wish they would have acknowledged they made a mistake and my food would be out they mis heard. Instead I was ignored then waiting so awkwardly while I watched and listened to the woman have a tiff about the food. Woman making food offered a drink since there were no chips. I declined. But I will not come back. I appreciate a local business and want to support. I honestly feel badly that a worker there is ruining someone 's business customer service and quality are all local places have over a chain.

FOY has the best food in town, so healthy and filling with the freshest ingredients, you always leave satisfied.

This used to be my favorite lunch restaurant downtown. I recently visited the West Mobile location and sadly they took my favorite item the Budda taco off the menu. Portion sizes have been reduced along with the menu while at the same time a price increase. This is not a good recipe for a eatery.
