Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

As usual, the restaurant was quite busy, but we were able to get a table right away. Our waitress, Crystal, was fantastic and truly on top of everything, even though she was managing that side of the restaurant all by herself.

There was quite a few people as usual but we were able to get in and had the best waitress her name was crystal and she was on point. Even though she worked that side alone??

My wife and I visit this restaurant at least three times a month, and the service is consistently fantastic! We noticed a new staff member in the gift shop, who I believe is named Jayda. She welcomed us as we arrived and during checkout, she inquired about our meal and engaged us in a pleasant conversation, all while sporting a wonderful smile! She even offered us jellybeans at the register, which we couldn't resist! We'll definitely be returning!

We had a group of eight and were seated right away. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the service was great. I always order the breakfast with the sirloin option, and it never fails to impress with its amazing flavor. I prefer my steak medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection.

So, I emailed the information that this person wanted to do 3 weeks ago and didn't belong to cracker barrel. so they naturally react to negative assessments. act as they care and want to repair the F-up and then ghost it. their track record proves that they don't care. is that the kind of company you want to give her money? not me!
