I felt like waiting on me was the biggest inconvenience of her day....but over all I enjoyed my meal and the food wasdelicious as always
I have gone to this restaurant two times in the last month and they are always out of things. The first time they were out of BREAD! Last night when I stopped to get dinner for my parents and I, they were out of guacamole and cookies. You guys need to domore prep. I always hear the same excuse: the workers the night before didn?t do this or that. Come on manager-manage yourpeople!
I’m often disappointed because they frequently run out of cookies and soup! During my last few visits, the bread hasn’t been great either. Every time I go in the evening, they’ve run out of cookies and are unwilling to bake any more.
I ordered food for a working lunch, but unfortunately, every item was incorrect, and one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, they told me that the hair was cooked into the bread and that there was nothing they could do about it.
We walked in and were immediately hit by the intense heat—it felt like stepping into a sauna. It quickly became clear that the air conditioning wasn’t working; the employees were visibly sweating, which made us start to question the quality of the food. While I noticed some frost on the containers, in that heat, it’s hard to believe any food could be kept safe. Additionally, there were only a few bags of pickle chips available for the kids' meals, despite having paid for them. We couldn't even toast our bread or get any ice. Subway, as a company, should have someone checking on this location regularly. Those poor employees deserve better! This experience was far from what we typically expect when dining out. I really hope someone in a position to help reads this and takes action to support the staff at this store.
