Kfc - Moberly

I placed an order from KFC today through DoorDash. Unfortunately, part of my order was missing, and when I reached out to KFC, they instructed me to contact DoorDash. After doing so, I opened my drink and found something floating in it. I'm not sure what it was, but this experience has made me hesitant to order from here again, as it seems they lack quality control.

The manager and staff were fantastic and friendly this evening. I drove 40 minutes to sample the wings, and they were really accommodating about my late-night order.

I ordered a pot pie, and it was the worst one I've ever had. I tried to call and let them know, but the line was busy for hours. I won't be returning.

Gravy wasn't even half full. Guess we received the last of it considering the bits of burnt pieces. Received no sauce we ordered. Didn't receive the honey or butter we ordered either. Cold fries. Not even full. Thanks KFC ?

Greasy chicken, very dirty restrooms, place has not been kept clean. The service was ok, girl waiting on us stopped to go to the restroom. Uncalled for a new business.
