Contribuiți la feedbackTwo of the kiosks were not working, so it made the wait time long , went to counter and asked if they could just do an order and was told had to do it on the kiosk.. which was weird as they had employees just standing tgere waiting for kiosk orders. The line for the one kiosk was two to three people and it was very slow ,tons of flies inside, floors were dirty , also the menu advertised vanilla Carmel and cold brew frostys but on the kiosk only chocolate and strawberry offered ..I usually love Wendy's and stop here frequently passing through town but I might rethink me decision as this is the 3rd time stopping with all the same problems ?
They can't get a number 10 right to save their lives. Got a cheap chicken patty, usually number 10 has the good chicken not the value chicken. Also put some crispy onions and pickles on my sandwich. Ranch chicken sandwich has never come with that. Had to ask them to fix it 3 times and still taste horrible. Management was no help just seemed I was the burden. 20-22 dollars an hour and they don't know the menu like a customer is just ridiculous to me.
The food was ok, but we went back to order frosty's and they were not taking orders at the counter. I was very rudely informed by one of the staff that I had to use an order kiosk. So they have 3 kiosks and 2 do not work! There was a very long line at the one kiosk that did work. Plus you cannot pay cash at the kiosks, which was a pain. No one was there to help and forcing a customer to use a kiosk is very poor customer service. So it wasn't worth it for us to wait around for the one working kiosk. So we left without ordering and went to a competitor for ice cream. They lost a customer.
Grabbed breakfast on our way out of town, the staff was very friendly and the drive thru was quick each of the 3 times we went this last weekend. Would recommend this Wendy's location to other moab adventures.
Walked in this location one evening and the staff refused to take our order. Instead one (who seemed like the manager on duty) came from behind the counter to turn on a kiosk (since they were all off). We had to wait for it to come on, load, and log in just to place our simple order of 2 meals. I would understand if they were busy or short staffed but we were the ONLY customers there and several employees were just standing around behind the counter. Two of whom kept hanging out by the register. Where has good customer service gone?
