Red Wok Kitchen Chinese Express - Moab

I was feeling hungry, and I ordered some food. The fried rice was quite plain, lacking any vegetables or extra flavors, which made it a bit dull. The chicken had the potential to be really good and soak up the sauce nicely when fresh; however, mine wasn’t very fresh and was a bit dry, plus there wasn't enough sauce to help with that. I finished my meal and didn't feel ill afterward. Would I spend another $15 for that experience again? Perhaps, if I had a craving for Chinese food while in Moab.

Their food is always fresh and flavorful, and their portions are very generous. The atmosphere is also really nice and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend giving them a try!Food: 5/5

Would I return? YesOrdered the Beef Broccoli with Sesame Chicken with the Noodles for the side.Both the main portions were some of the best food truck meals that I have had, and the noodles were the BEST of any Asian noodle that I have eaten!

The food was excessively salty, with soy sauce being the only prominent flavor. The restaurant itself had a charming atmosphere, but it seems that Chinese cuisine isn't particularly well-executed in Utah. Rating: 2/5.
