Mcdonald's - Moab

I havent ever eaten inside here. But! I've never had a big issue with the drive through! Always good food, and the staff are always so fun and friendly and fast! Maybe I'm just lucky, but their good attitudes make it nice and easy to get my breakfast in the morning! Also they're very stylish and cool, I'm super jealous ?

This McDonald's is hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. I ordered a big Mac with Xtra Mac sauce, Xtra onion and no lettuce. It was even printed that way on the receipt. Apparently the uneducated kids couldn't read. It had no onion and plenty of lettuce. The fries were nasty, but they're always nasty.

I’ve been coming here for years and usually, they’ve been very attentive, but my last visit on Thursday was a complete letdown. The atmosphere was so lacking in energy that you could feel the indifference. Honestly, I would have fired half the staff right then and there. This is supposed to be fast food, yet I waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and then another 6 or 7 minutes for my order. This isn’t what I’m used to at all. From now on, I’ll be taking my business to the competition. Goodbye!

First kicker, half of the regular McDonald’s menu is unavailable. Second kicker, the only McCafe drinks that they serve are iced coffee, frappes, and hot coffee. Third and most important kicker, the individual who took our order insulted our accents. They insinuated that they could not understand what we were saying as we ordered. We are from Alabama. We speak slow, concise, and plain intentionally so you can understand us. If you are unable to understand what someone else -whom may speak differently than you in intonation- is saying, you need to seek somewhere else to work other than a tourist town. I can only guess that the majority of your revenue comes from people who are traveling from various parts of the country and outside of the country. Show respect for others whom may be different than YOU!

I waited in line for 35 minutes only to receive something I didn't order. I couldn't eat it, and the fries were so salty that even the Great Salt Lake would be envious. This place feels like a dive. Honestly, it seems like a good spot to throw away money on terrible service.
