I've been in mo for a couple of times, the sandwiches are good, but the lady on the counter is never beautiful. I first wondered if she couldn't smile at her customers. but I was over there, she gives people a strange, no emotional look. Even if she doesn't like her job or whatever, she should smile at people. that's the only thing you can give them. so it can spread the positive energy and good mood. I felt uncomfortable when I bought something there. that's not just good for the business I'd say.

She does not smell very well at the toilets of personal. on the other day I heard of a hired person who lost ice cubes to a pepsi on the floor and shortly recommended the pepsi.

I was wondering in the beginning that maybe she's not into smiling to their customers. But I've been around there, she's giving people a weird no emotions look. Even if she don't like her job or whatever, she should smile to people. That is the only thing you can give to them. That way she can spread the positive energy and good vibes. I felt uncomfortable whenever I go buy something there. That is not just good for business i would say.
