So where should I start. I always knew this KFC will be trash. When it started it was fine, then they started to mess things up like not having ingredients in burgers like Grander Texas. That was one thing. After reconstruction, it became better once again, but here I am again, absolutely not satisfied. So I ordered two twisters on my ISIC card for me and my friend and a refill cup. The guy who was behind the counter was super unfriendly looking. I mean, I work in AmRest company too and we should smile and be friendly to customers. That guy wasn't having any of it. It started with forgoting that I have bought a refill cup so I had to ask for it. Then, as I recieved my order and sat with my friend to eat, I saw a big mess in the restaurant (Example photo, taken after 15 mins. sitting there). Aren't restaurants supposed to be clean? Not only that, tables were messy, chairs were here and there. After 15 mins. sitting there, they finally came and started cleaning things up (there were enough workers, it's not like they didn't have free time to clean up) Then as I took one of the Twisters, it was like half way full?? Like how can that happen? Not a fan of that. Since this experience, I just hate this restaurant. Go see restaurants in Prague where is everything almost perfect compared to this. This one really dissapointed me.

Meet my expectation= standard fast food quality and quick service.

Eventhough there is a restriction during this pandemic situation, KFC can still open and serve with their best, selling take away food, as usual like what I know about KFC serving quality so far.

Free WiFi and charging points for your mobile phone. Staff is friendly and helpful. Strangely, the spicy chicken prevails, but refills are for free, so they balance each other.
