Twice the pizza has not been cooked properly, it is almost raw. The order has also not been on time, often waiting longer. Also forgot to add spices 3 times now. Called ahead and specifically asked them to cook the pizza properly and to add spices, which they thought was rare to forget to add, but manage to forget to add spices again. In addition to all this, they also have no proper system for student vouchers/student discounts. They are unsure of the rules and ask like 1 out of 10 times if you have proof. Also takes the constructive feedback badly, and blames others and doesn 't seem to care about the flaws in the tone they use. I think this is too bad and they don 't offer any form of compensation either

Ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived, it hadn't even been made (looked like they had forgotten to make it). There will probably be no more pizza here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
