Genmyoan Cafe - Miyazu

Panini was good and the cafe sold a lot of cakes, biscuits, sandwiches, coffee as well. Very nice atmosphere and great staff!

Pear tart was delightful and refreshing, especially with the ginger tea. Atmosphere is light, airy and cheery. Coffee was very satisfying as well. Ladies behind counter are friendly and speak very good English. Can't wait to try the cookie sampler, sake pound cake and rum fruit pound cakes I took home.

Had a great earl grey based scone here~ to die for. Ordered another for takeaway. And the lady who spoke fantastic English here was oh so helpful! She and her Japanese-speaking colleague recommended a fabulous dinner place that we loved. Definitely enjoyed our little break here!

Best cafe cakes I’ve had so far in Japan. Sweet but not so sweet. U get to taste the cake and it feels delightful. Totally recommend this place after a long walk on the sandbar!

Near Amanohashidate train station and all attractions in town, hilltop, sandbar, boat rides, shrine and restaurants, etc. Great coffee, scones, pastries and dessert! Good chill-out place to relax and wait for train or bus transport.
