We had a beer before lunch enjoying the outside sets. The place is small but has tables for a meal. It simply was not appealing ... but can't complain since never tried the food and the beer was ok. Prices are lower across the street.

If you like atmosphere and sport this is the only place to be in Mittenwald. It can get a bit rowdy when football is on but never aggressive. The locals are friendly and will want to talk about football, especially English clubs. Josef, the barman...was really friendly and hospitable. Don't go in the evening when a match is on if you're looking for a quiet drink

Our first bier stop in Mittenwald. Great atmosphere and good service. We were there alone so I don't know what it's like when it's busy. It seems like this is more of a local hangout than a tourist orientated bar. We only had bier so...I can't rate the food.
