Wendy's - Missouri

Chicken sandwich was good. The guy who took my order was off putting. Maybe he was having personal issues. If he was, bless his heart.

Bad people skills only said can I help you gave me a broken spoon just started at me when I got to the window didn't give me the amount or a Receipt won't go there again

The beverage station was extremely dirty. However, everything else about the restaurant was excellent.

I have visited this Wendy's twice in the last month and on both occasions, my bags were missing items. The first time, one order with five different items was crammed into three bags, resulting in part of the order being left out. The second time, there were just two meals, but the size of the fries was wrong and part of the biggie bag was missing. Perhaps items wouldn't be missing if they didn't try to fit everything into as few bags as possible, as they could then better see if items were missing.

I was in the drive-thru just 5 minutes before closing time with hungry children after a 5-hour road trip, and they told me they were closed despite their posted hours indicating they were still open. This was incredibly disrespectful. Thanks for nothing.
