The Flame Diner - Missouri

Really great place to eat any meal of the day. Had a burger and cheese curds.

5 Stars The BEST eat out food I have ever been served!! We live 30 miles away and drive to California Mo just to eat at the Flame. We stumbled upon this diner by accident. We would follow the cook, should he ever move to another diner. No restaurant in the Capital City can compare. The Servers are as Great as the food. Our Thanks to Cook and Servers at The Flame!! Wow! We stopped in on our way back home from Jeff City. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was great! I've never seen gyro meat in breakfast dishes but I was all in! I got the gyro omelette and it was amazing. Hash browns were cooked perfectly. Lot of food for the drive home. We may have to take a day trip to try some of their lunch and dinner options because they sounded great and judging by their breakfast, we know it will be. We definitely recommend the Flame Diner!
