The Cheesecake Factory - Missouri

Super disappointed with The Cheesecake Factory. Over a month ago my co-workers ordered lunch for my office wedding shower and the food never arrived. When we called, the restaurant said our order had been picked up. After speaking with Doordash, they said a driver was never assigned. Luckily Doordash did right by us and refunded. Today we attempted to try again, everyone deserves a second chance. SAME situation. There will not be a third chance. If you do not want to accept online orders … – show

We dined indoors and it was a very well kept and clean place. The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great, a little pricey but worth a every once in a while time for a budget. Would recommend going at least once.

Server failed to accommodate a large party. The wait was nearly 3 hrs after continuously being told 45 minutes. It was my Gbaby's 13th birthday. 2nd bad experience. Will never visit again

It took over and hour just to get an appetizers and food took longer then an hour and a half service was bad the waiter only came over when we asked didn't refill are drinks.

Food was cold, service for us was extremely fast, but table beside us couple complained about service to manager.
