The Big Biscuit - Missouri

This was the third time I had Big Biscuit. It seemed like they were a bit understaffed since they had only a few waiters working and empty tables but with +30 min waiting period. Usually you get seated within 15 minutes on a busy day. I had the Titanic, which is a 4 egg omelet with mushrooms, bacon, ham, with a hash brown on top and a Biscuit with gravy on top of all that. The food was GREAT! We really enjoyed the yard bird, the chicken was fresh an juicy! I believe the biscuit was by far the best part of the meal… tasted just like what my grandma would have made! We had an AMAZING waitress named Karen! She was pleasant, observant an very easy to talk to. Told her it was our first time an after we got done eating she came back an asked what we thought. Would highly recommend asking to sit her table again.

First time eating here. Staff friendly and the food is great and not greasy.

The biscuits and gravy was great. The waffles are great also, service was fast and in a timely fashion, and our server emily was knowledgeable about the menu and did her job to a *T*. When we are in the area we will be back.

We had an amazing experience today with your staff and the service. My husband Michael and I as always decided to eat breakfast and went in and my blood sugar was very low. The gentleman that we love some much, Micah was working Saturday morning of the 30th, I went up to him and told him, shaking just alittle and I told him that I needed something and he was so kind and helped me out very quickly.
